To cancel an existing appointment please click the "cancel appointment" link in your confirmation email sent to you when appointment was booked.

If you no longer have the confirmation email please call the shop at least 6 hours before your appointment in order not to be charged for your appointment.  The shop phone numbers can be located on our homepage
at the bottom of the page.

NO SHOWS AND CUSTOMERS WHO CANCEL WITHIN 3 HRS OF APPOINTMENT WILL NEED TO PAY FOR MISSED APPOINTMENT
BEFORE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT IS MADE.
